What should I do if I have a website emergency?

If you have a website emergency, please contact BloomCU Support right away:

  1. Go to the "Submit a request" page.
     
  2. In the "Subject selection" drop-down menu, select the "emergency" option 


    Let us know what kind of emergency it is:


    Enter the details of your request in the Description box.

    Providing screenshots or URLs helps us resolve issues faster. 

    You can also visit our Help Center for quick answers.
     
  3.  Click "Submit"
    A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.
     

 

If your issue qualifies as an emergency, we will give you a support number to call.

  1. Call the phone number right away and report the emergency.
  2. Keep an eye out for a call or written response from us.
